How It Works: 3 Steps

1. Show us what you've got.

Fill out the quick form below with photos of your cards or collection. Binder spreads, box shots, and close-ups of your best cards are all we need to start.

2. Get a real offer within 2 business days.

We price against live market data (TCGplayer and recent eBay sold prices — not a dusty price guide).

You'll get an itemized offer for notable cards, and a fair lot price for the rest. Accept or decline — all good either way!

3. Get paid.

Accepted offers of $100+ include a prepaid shipping label. For smaller submissions, sellers can ship at their own expense. We can also meet locally in Chicago.

Payment via PayPal (preferred) the day your cards pass inspection, typically within 2 business days after they are received.

That's it!

What We're Buying

Near mint/lightly played:

  • Graded cards — PSA, BGS, CGC slabs, any era
  • Vintage (1999–2010) — Base Set through HGSS; WOTC holos, 1st editions, shadowless
  • Modern hits — Alt arts, SIRs, full arts, gold cards
  • Sealed product — Booster boxes, ETBs, collection boxes (factory sealed and untampered)
  • Bulk (near mint) — Commons, uncommons, rares & holos, bought by the lot
  • Complete collections & estates — Binders, boxes, the whole closet
  • Japanese cards — Select modern hits and vintage cards

We do not buy: heavily played or damaged cards, custom/proxy cards, or opened/resealed product.

How We Price

Transparency upfront is our differentiator. Typical cash offers fall within the ranges below, based on condition, demand, liquidity, quantity, and current inventory needs:

  • Graded slabs (PSA/BGS/CGC) — 70–75% of recent sold comps
  • High-value singles ($50+ raw) — 70–75% of TCGplayer market
  • Mid-value singles ($20–$49.99 raw) — 65–70% of market
  • Low-value singles ($5–19.99) — 55–65% of market
  • Sealed product — 65–75% of market
  • Bulk (near mint) — flat per-card rate, quoted by lot

Exceptional, highly liquid cards may receive offers above these ranges.

Why not 100%? We take on the fees, shipping, authentication risk, and the time it takes to sell. If you'd rather maximize every dollar and do the work, eBay is your friend — no hard feelings! If you want it done this week, that's us.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay to ship my cards?

Accepted offers of $100+ include a prepaid shipping label. For smaller submissions, sellers may ship at their own expense or combine additional cards to qualify.

Chicagoland sellers can meet locally (location is flexible).

How do you come up with your offer?

Live TCGplayer market prices and recent eBay sold listings for comparable condition. For graded cards, recent sales of the same card in the same grade. We'll show our work on any card you ask about.

What if I don't know what my collection is worth?

That's fine — most people don't! Send photos and we'll do the sorting. We tell you which cards are driving the offer.

Is the offer negotiable?

If you think we missed something, tell us. We'd rather re-look at a card than lose a fair deal.

How fast do I get paid?

You get paid the same day your cards pass inspection (typically within 2 business days of when we receive them). Local deals: on the spot!

What happens if you receive the cards and they don't match?

If the cards or condition materially differ from the photos or description, we'll contact you before changing your offer. You may accept the revised offer or have the items returned. Return shipping is the seller's responsibility when the revision results from condition, authenticity, quantity, or item discrepancies. If we made the error, CK’s Cards covers return shipping.
